How confirmation works

This tracker only lists involvements we can point at. “Confirmed” here means citeable, not “will ship on a radio station at launch.” Promo audio is not a full soundtrack announcement.

Heard in publisher-posted promo

A track or artist is heard in a Rockstar-published Trailer 1, Trailer 2, Launch Trailer, or Extended Look (Rockstar YouTube, Netflix premiere, or other official Rockstar channel), named on Rockstar's official GTA VI radio station preview pages, named by Rockstar and Atlantic on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, or released as an official GTA VI: Original Score streaming single credited to the game.

We prefer the Rockstar video as the first source. Identification of which song it is comes from that video plus reputable secondaries: Polygon’s Extended Look list, Music Ally, GTA Wiki’s trailer notes, and NME for Trailer 2. We do not treat fan compilations or unnamed Discord IDs as enough on their own.

Current promo set: Trailer 1 (1 track), Trailer 2 (5 tracks), Launch Trailer (1 track, 15 Oct 2026), Extended Look (14 IDs from Polygon, matching IGN), radio station previews (18 named tracks across six stations, 8 Oct 2026), The Album (six debut singles named 17 Sep 2026, two later singles, and an album product row), plus Original Score (Justice "Pusher" feat. Gesaffelstein, streaming single 28 Oct 2026 NZ / 29 Oct elsewhere). Original Score rows sit in their own Tracks section. Flower in a Hurricane stays under Trailers. The Pusher row is not a trailer cue. Rockstar announced it as an Original Score single on 29 Oct 2026 and lists it on the official GTA VI music page. A few titles (Captain & Tennille; the exact “Se Me Nota” billing) are kept as the outlets printed them, with a note. Album track titles come from Atlantic/Rockstar press and streaming credits; Rockstar’s X post announces the album and “first six singles” without listing those titles in the tweet body. Radio track titles come from Rockstar's own station preview chapter lists. Hosts are listed as Rockstar names them (in-game DJ names only).

Where a row has a verified cueSeconds value, Play starts the embedded Rockstar YouTube upload at that timestamp. Cues are checked against the YouTube cut (not the Netflix premiere). Trailer 1 uses the GTA Wiki scene transcript; Trailer 2 uses community timestamps aligned with GTAVice.net; Extended Look uses a timestamp list spot-checked on Rockstar’s YouTube upload. Extended Look is age-restricted, so this site links out to YouTube at the cue instead of embedding the player.

The Album debut singles set spotifyTrackId and youtubeVideoId to the official Spotify track and Atlantic Records YouTube video. Original Score singles use the official Spotify track embed when a 22-character track id is confirmed, and add YouTube only for Justice, Justice Topic, Ed Banger, or Because Music uploads confirmed with oEmbed author_name (Pusher uses Justice's official video). Radio preview rows use the same fields after oEmbed checks (artist channel, VEVO, or Topic uploads only). The shared dock offers Spotify and/or YouTube when both exist. Station Rockstar embeds live on the Radio page, not in the catalog. Leonida Radio cycles official YouTube videos and advances when a video ends. We do not host, rip, or proxy audio or video, and we do not embed fan uploads or leaked audio. Using Spotify Embeds accepts Spotify’s Developer Terms.

04 / Rockstar-named

Named by Rockstar staff

Rockstar staff named the artist in an interview. There may be no specific track. That is still a stronger statement than a fan rumor, and weaker than hearing the record in a trailer.

Source of record: Rupert Humphries, SVP of narrative, in Dazed (also quoted by Music Ally). Kodak Black and Sexyy Red are named there and folded onto their Extended Look rows (Skrilla; Pound Town). Real Dimez remains the in-universe duo row, not a real-world act.

05 / Artist-reported

Claims that still need a primary link

The artist, or a verified channel they control, claims involvement. The row must link a primary source: their own post, a label post they control, or an interview they gave. Until that URL exists, the row sits under “Awaiting primary source.”

Aggregators (including @videotech) are discovery only. News stories that paraphrase an Instagram screenshot are still secondary. They can stay as breadcrumbs; they do not graduate the row.

Artist-reported is not Rockstar-verified. The UI says so.

Briefly listed, then pulled

A one-off bottom section for names that showed up on a streaming listing or copyright claim and were then removed, with no confirmation from Rockstar, Atlantic, or the artist. These rows are not part of the confirmed count, have no Play button, and do not embed audio or video.

This section is hidden on Tracks when it has no rows. Fuerza Regida “Suzuki” and Cardi B “Don't Chart” moved to Official promo / The Album after Rockstar named them as singles on 9 Oct 2026. We still do not link posts that carry leaked audio.

What stays off the list

  • Anonymous leaks and “trust me” Discord lists
  • Unnamed radio-station rumors
  • Tracks heard only in unofficial recuts
  • Joan Jett / other disputed Trailer 2 IDs that GTA Wiki does not carry as the five-song set
  • Posts that carry leaked audio (kept off even as a source URL)

Copyright limits

  • No lyrics
  • No pasted copyrighted bios
  • At most one or two factual sentences per artist, with a citeable URL
  • Track titles and artist names are listed
